In Southern Norway, deep in the forests at the top of Iveland, lies Viltgården. Kristoffer Kallhovd and Eva Jeanette Olsen have more than 20 years of experience within dogs, animal husbandry, hunting, training and nutrition. Together they run Viltgården, which is a dog training centre and Norway's only provider of dog training with moose in an enclosure. Their speciality is training moose hounds targeted at moose in safe surroundings.
Viltgården continuously works to develop this unique centre. A range of activities and courses are offered here with instructors and speakers in several fields such as obedience training, tracking, nutrition, canine massage, laser therapy, puppy training, etc. In addition, Viltgården offers farm stays for the whole family featuring many different animals, well-maintained hiking areas, fishing opportunities, a lean-to shelter and children's activities. Here, nature experiences come in quick succession!
