Freeze-dried dog food from VOM
A new range of freeze-dried dog food from VOM can now be found on our retailers' shelves. VOM Freeze Dried Original and VOM Freeze Dried Salmon come as a response to feedback from consumers. Our customers need a product that is easy to take along on hikes and trips, and the new range is our answer.
Take freeze-dried food to the cabin
The range of freeze-dried dog food is tailored for life on the move. The products have a long shelf life and can be stored at room temperature. The product is lightweight with the possibility of storage at room temperature. Perhaps you need convenient food for hunting or are you going to take part in a dog show? Are you planning to hike the length of Norway or roam the Hardangervidda plateau? Are you going to enjoy yourself camping or go on a cabin trip? Pretty much everywhere that access to a fridge or freezer is difficult, it is smart to bring freeze-dried dog food.
Dog food for the rucksack
Almost all the water is gently removed from the dog food. This ensures the products are lightweight whilst retaining their nutritional content. With VOM Freeze Dried, there is little wastage or mess, and it is easy to prepare. Before serving, simply mix the desired amount with whatever water you have to hand. This makes freeze-dried food an easy companion on walks and a natural choice when travelling. By comparison, frozen VOM contains 60–70% water. Freeze-dried dog food offers the same benefits as raw food, just in a different format.

FREEZE DRIED can be used as a complete food for both shorter and longer periods. The product crumbles easily, and can be sprinkled over other food as a boost for extra flavour and nutrition, or used as a perfect treat during training.
