VOM presents in collaboration with Drammen Hundesenter and Dyreatferdssenteret DYREGALLAEN 2022 – for those of us who love animals

It is time to turn the focus towards those who spend a lot of their time on animals in general and dogs in particular. Focus on what animals mean to us humans. THE ANIMAL GALA is for EVERYONE! 

Not just those who show up on the podium with rosettes, trophies and awards, but for those who are passionate about, get involved in, spend time on and have their lives and everyday routines enriched by animals. Not least what an important role animals play for people and society.

Celebration evening in Drammen on 29th October

Saturday 29 October at 19:00 there is a gala dinner at Tollboden Hotell, Drammen and DYREGALLA 2022.

To top off tonight's theme, Robert Sørlie will give a one-hour talk for the guests. Through film and pictures, he will share his life as one of the world's best dog mushers, taking us across both the Finnmark plateau and to Alaska!

The 15 finalists are invited here and the winner in each category will be announced this evening!

A fantastic prize package is provided by VOM OG HUNDEMAT to the winner of each category. The value of the package is NOK 4,500.

The festive dinner and the lecture are open to ALL.

Do you know someone who has an extra big heart for animals, an enthusiast, a young person (under 18) with an interest and love for animals, someone who takes great pictures or a true animal hero? You can nominate animal friends, colleagues, yourself and anyone who deserves to shine a little extra one evening in October 

Nominate a true animal lover – there are five categories you can nominate in.

1. ANIMAL PHOTOGRAPH OF THE YEAR

2. COMMUNITY CHAMPION OF THE YEAR

3. ANIMAL HERO OF THE YEAR

4. YOUNG ANIMAL LOVER

5. SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENT AWARD OF THE YEAR
